Brilliantly written, I love the phrase 'grey shower-splashed stones'
A host of lilies like Wordsworth's Daffodils continue to entice us and no wonder if someone takes a stroll to the Garden's gully many times a day to feast on that sight....! Beautiful poem! !
A lovely poem. I like Lily of the Valley flowers too. I've also learned a new word: clochette - neat.
