Death embraces our wet body and takes to its mouth beacuse body is perishable but it can't touch the soul. Soul can't be destroyed. We are souls and we can't be vanished forever Into the cruelty of oblivion. Raindrops completes water circle from clouds to earth and earth to clouds and it is a continuous process likewise soul(life) takes rebirth. However life is like raindrop is true so nicely depicted with amusing phraseology like..... chasm of uncertainty....cruelty of oblivion etc. Thank you dear Sanjukta.

Sort of nice philosophical drop. Years of experience goes with us into a dingy cell with only a promise of a new birth.Nicely done.

First three lines swept me off my feet: Yet another pungent poem. Loved it. We are all like raindrops, Falling parallel in a dull manner Towards the chasm of uncertainty.
