Lighthouse Charlie Poem by michael Smajda

Lighthouse Charlie

Rating: 4.0

Oh, Lighthouse Charlie
Never sleeps at night.
He warns passing sea ships
With his rotating beacon light
Should thy steer too close
To his vast rocky shore,
All would be lost, seen no more.

The beacons of a lighthouse are like light rays that a poem emits.
