The closing passage mentions poet seers, but not (as I take it) The Poet Seer. Still you have never before in my experience come so close to identifying yourself with him. A lighthouse is a very solid structure, a long-term landmark people come to rely on its stability. The first part of your poem describes this conventional view, But at the end things fall apart: The foundation rock rolls away and reveals a cavern below the lighthouse from which cold air and mist pour forth. You don't tell us what else is inside the cavern but I think the passage is meant to suggest unanticipated wonders are within the cavern, things which will make the lighthouse ordinary and negigible
probable wonders for poet seers to study.
