Light And Darkness
When you heart is torn in two,
I'll find you and make you new.
When your soul is wearing thin.
I gently whisper you shall win.
I'M THE THIEF OF STOLEN DREAMS!
THE GATHERER OF SILENT SCREAMS!
THE HARBINGER OF TOTAL DESPAIR!
THE ONE WHO STRIPS SOULS BARE!
Just think of me by your side,
And together we'll turn the tide.
When your worries overpower you,
I am there to guide you through.
I'M THE NEGATIVITY HIDING IN YOUR MIND!
THE HOPLESSNESS YOU WILL FOREVER FIND!
THE DESPAIR WAILING IN YOUR INNER EAR!
THE EVERYTHING YOU SHOULD NEVER HEAR!
Life can be tough and so hard,
It can deal the odd cruel card.
Never let things stand in your way,
I'll shine on you, your fears allay.
I'M THE CONFLICT THAT NEVER GOES AWAY!
THE SADNESS ON EVERY BLEAK RAINY DAY!
THE ETERNAL AGONY IN YOUR HEART!
THE REFUSAL OF A FRESH NEW START!
NO ANGEL OF LIGHT DARE DWELLS IN ME!
FOR I AM THE DARKNESS YOU CAN SEE!
Darkness will forever retreat from me,
And all his captives, I shall set free.
