The best of life seemed always up ahead, Life's weary road I've wandered ever long. Very amazing composition shared that touches mind definitely. Interesting poem. Road of life is well narrated. Wise and moving poem definitely.10

The roads of life has garnered many victories, triumphs and defeats. No matter the age the journey of life is a long road and we must travel it with all of the gusto we can muster. No need to drag ourselves down with to many memories. Live life to the fullest Joseph. Superb write.

Beautiful! While I read this wonderful poem, I listen to Chopin - Fantasie-Impromptu Op.66. Many images of busy time are running before my eyes, but the one that I cannot take my eyes away is the withered hands, raised up and warmed by a kind sun! Who would not wish to hold those hands that grasp a pen that put our busy world at hold to lure us with great wisdom taught! Thank you!

Another fine sonnet Joseph. May I make just one little observation. I think the second line would flow better if you changed it to read 'through triumphs, victories and much defeat.'
