The importance of living is more than the speed of life................. this one line alone says it all. I admire your fundamental principles, and your ability to put them in to words. Another great poem.

This is not true as this poem of beautiful and lasting content perfectly belies and the gradual accretion of beautiful poems on this site and in the world. The great point of this poem is that so much is personal choice and in itself beauty is very much founded in personal perceptions, emotions, circumstances and experiences. Well written.
Well written as ever Lyn, I think we only truly see and appreciate the simpler things in life as we get older and take the time to stop a while and really look at and appreciate what we have been blessed with and the beauty of nature that surrounds us and not the things we don't have.
