Life Is Short Poem by Paul Sebastian

Life Is Short

Life is short
No time for ears to suffer lies
Nor debate over such trifles
Rather let you be
I must move on

No time for idle talk to linger
To nurse petty childish anger
Then end in a fall out
I rather let you be
I must move on

No time to mend ways
Expectations, dismays
Hurts, strains…
I let you be
I must move on

Yet my heart silently whimpers
Gracefully and softly whispers:
Listen
Empathize
Reach out
Counsel
Life is too short!

Yes, time is rather short, Not much time to linger and wait, One just has to do what one has to do, and move on! Thank for sharing, Sebastian!

True. There's so much to do and there's so little time. We seem to want to die being unloving, depressed, and lonely! But life has so much to offer if only we could reach out.

The poem conveys the great message not to waste our precious time in useless and evil things and do good works as the life is short
