This poem explains life so perfectly when you lose your love forever, the excruciating pain, emptiness, sheer agony of losing your loved one. How life decays and falls from your arms into nothingness. Leaving some remains of a grave yard's dust in your mind is poignantly etched in my mind. It reminds me of a line in my poem, Life's Black Curtains - Walking away from our favorite places, I leave a little of self behind each time - soon there will be nothing left of me. Somehow your line reminded me of it. There is just no way of living in this emptiness, having lost your way it is difficult to begin life again alone. My heart holds yours within, little one. All I am able to do is BE here for you. That is not nearly enough for what you are going through though. Please keep writing you are speaking to all of our hearts when you do. Thank you, Amitava.
The bite of sorrows and strife! ! Sad; but, let us always get hope to look ahead. Nice work.
