when i first read this line:
There are few, and far between ............i thought you may have meant to write These are few...., but i agree that There fits well also. it just gives a little difference to how few is used.
The smiles are real: .....i would probably use a semicolon rather than a colon, but, especially since this is poetry, the colon is allowed. :) :)
the rhyming and use of punctuation is terrific. and i like that you felt free to vary the number of lines in the stanzas. I appreciate all of that. thanks for sharing. :) bri
