Licence To Kill Poem by Paula Glynn

Licence To Kill

He follows behind
His obsessed and evil mind
Leave him perpetually blind
For he believes she is
One of his kind
That she is of the same mind

He rips out her pictures
From the famous magazine
Imagining images obscene
For when he looks at her booty
He does dream and dream
Wanting experiences obscene

He makes dodgy phonecalls
He watching her perform
On those famous films
He watching physical scenes
That leaves him to dream and dream
Wishing he could touch her skin

Her soft and smooth skin
Where he has her love
Where he has her physicality
Free to feel rapture in desire
To burn excitedly in the devil's fire
His obsession making him wickedly burn

And the world does turn and turn
The world spinning in orbit
And time barely lessens the love
The non-stop wanting and needing
The non-stop viewing of films that only
Contain two hours of this beautiful woman

But she is off-limits and out-of-bounds
She is a woman that cannot be found
Her acting career attracting stalkers
Who all realize their mistake
And become walkers
Into the real world where real love waits.
