Paying forward: Man learns by hardship slowly And pays with sweat for light He never would have seen the stars Had he not seen the night
This contention among us lacerates me; my hearts made of glass and it's shattering. I strive farthest from you but still long for your touch- the scent of your skin still remains comforting. I was especially impressed with this stanza. A flare for good writing!
