A humourous write bringing into notice the utter carelessness of Municipal authorities. They are not waking up even as so many accidents happen due to open potholes.Recently a threeyear child died by falling into an open borewell.This is India.Here shifting resposibility is so easy. Thank you Sir Aniruddha Pathak for this timely write.
