I read the poem twice yet not satisfied again I read for the third time you have composed it very fine and taking away the eyes difficult ........ the versatile write and serenity are more worth speaking....... let the mind be still and speak a lot....

Like a journey through the streams of sounds, colours and emotions brought to us by Music. And through music comes deliverance and rebirth. These lines are just superb: 'Now the dark clouds can come, changes occur, but the joy, and serenity we feel will never change...' Thanks for sharing. A.

'The melody softens - the love comes through - - and we grow with silence ' all of which your lovely poem brings to our attention Bob - - it errupts through the lines like an invitation to a journey of discovery - and so it it......a 10 for sure for this - - Fay

Thats a story of hope, joy, tolerance and above all, faith. Scrutinize these lines: 'Now the dark clouds can come, changes occur, but the joy, and serenity we feel will never change'. How often i have been blinded by the dark cloud that i fail to see the good things that lay before my face.

It is in the stillness of the mind that true poetry begins. Wishing you strength for the journey and may the music never end. Kind regards, Sandra

in the stillness of the mind, every thing flowers, as we are calm. there is a kind of serenity about this poem, if only we could learn to silence our mind, and take life in our stride. a wonderful poem, full of wisdom.10 at times Bob, i really think poems are beyond ratings. this one is.... Mamta

What wisdom in this Bob. from the title to the last verse. and that final verse is telling a truth we all do well to heed. Spoken with the pen of practice like yours the message is loud and clear, and thank you.......best wishes from Fay.

Your final stanza is a poem in itself. In this time of ten second sound bites and images that flash so quickly they are scarcely discernible, it is imperative that we all STOP and find that place of stillness within, where nothing else matters. A poem worth reading more than once. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

The first part of the poem brings out in good verse the beauty of life’s orchestra and its blissful silent after-effect on enjoyed minds…the second part tells how one should grow inner strength and gather fruits, from the knowledge gained from such music of life… ‘It shows a presence’…this line speaks out all…yes, this poem shows its presence well in this hunter site…poem ten grade
