Visits nowadays, by some, have limited
Conversations, and vice versa
Let's not get outta hand here
Keep our composure
Or the situation may get a little sticky
For some to handle

Lingering oppositions tell-tale signs
Come trailing behind
Stuck to the bottom of their shoe...
How embarrassing!
A mess of a choice, nevertheless, improvise

Still clinging on to said mess
Dragging it's billow stream
As in a dragon parade, on display for all to see
Humiliating, .. ya think?
At best, you try to play it off, yeah, it's not having that
The only way to free yourself is to Detach completely
The lifeline falsity...lies indiscreetly, ..blatant, really!
Cut that umbilical cord that was all feeling
Swayed by lies through social media outlets and distractions
Cut that Chord! Play a new tape...called, the truth!
Identify your core ideaoligies and philosophies
Regroup! Now, so you know the truth. Run with it!
Moving forward, away from disarray
Only then will your views allign with the truth
A new you! Form an alliance on that day
A clear view of what really makes sense to you, and maybe me
Stick with it! We're way past finger pointing, it seems, yeah?
It's more like we're at the, laughing it off stage
Let's roll together...over and over we go over it
Let's wash our hands of it all off, together...Next!
Focus now! We need to be focused on the prize
Our gift to ourselves and our Democracy
Who is to be? Who's it going to be? ...
Filling the shoes of our next Presidency?
