Let Me Evolve (Part 2) Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

Let Me Evolve (Part 2)

Force not down my throat
Your hamburger that upsets
My belly accustomed to pounded yam and eba
Teach me not to roll my tongue
My syllabus is unique
And evolve with my being

The business and cat walk
Cause me triple, triple time a walk
Unsophisticated in comparison
With my heavy and pride gait
Which evolve with my being.
