Never trust so blindly
Never love so profoundly
Never believe so strongly
Never care so passionately

The hands that caressed
The heart that loved
The lips that kissed
The arms that hugged

May turn against you
To slam, to detest, to scream
To bombard you with
Insults that rip you apart
And shatter your world! !
