Cut out my soul and eat my heart,
Slice me, hurt me and leave me to bleed.
Watch as I die and dance on my grave,
But when you're done, just leave me be.
No, I'm not okay, don't ask.
You're the one who made me this way.
I'm dying inside, my fragile soul in pieces.
What do you expect me to say?
You shunned me, and burned my love for you,
In a tall pire, so that the whole world could see.
You broke my heart, and you've made me cry,
And when you were finished, you just let me be.
No 'see you later', no soft spoken words of comfort,
No pity or hint of apology or remorse in your eyes.
I suppose I saw it coming, I should have known,
And I was growing weary of your lies.
You try to act as if nothing has happened,
You tell me to move on, it's all in the past.
I flip you the bird and tell you to leave me be,
My feelings of love for you didn't last.
So you can scorn me all you want, and mock me,
Try and push me around, but soon you'll see,
That this little girl pushes back hard,
So go to Hell, and leave me be!
