Roopa, I like the philosophy expressed in this poem and hope that you always have hope and heart and look for the good in everyone. Kahlil Gibran in one of his parables tells the story of how beauty and ugliness went swimming in the sea and that when they got out they accidently exchanged garments. Gibran makes it clear that we have to look closely at the heart and not just the outward appearances of people to see which is which. Thankfully there are many good people in the world; we just have to look carefully for them.
