Very touching and moving words that stir the soul. Unless we taste REAL pain, we shall not learn about... or appreciate the GIFT OF LIFE. Meditating on CHRIST'S Pain and Passion...shall heal our painfully wounded souls...and bodies as well. Thank you...a poem that humbled our very beings.
Powerful, intensely moving spiritual atmosphere created in this absolutely beautiful verse! Again, eternal gems of enlightenment that need to be taken fully to heart. This poem definitely changes one's view about our finite human sufferings. As you beautifully and powerfully expressed, sufferings are a great privilege if accepted with the right motive. Love, Mary
This poem has the fundamental contents what it means to truly repent... Powerfully and beautifully written... This message will certainly remain with me... Thank you! 10!
Dear Dr. Kardas, Thank you for expressing so beautifully the truth of accepting sufferings for higher purpose. Because of willfully accepting sufferings, we become stronger, more courageous, more compassionate and also much wiser. Great poetic work! 10! ! ! ! ! Gloria
A profoundly powerful poem Dr. especially for the Season of Lent. The key is sincere repentance to grow in real love and hope. As always, it's written in a persuasive and very moving fashion. Thank you and God bless, Jack 10+
Unless we experience the real and intense pain of loss ourselves we cannot understand what another is going through, we continue to encourage abandonment instead of enlightenment. In this way we cannot accept our own suffering nor help another, therefore what is the purpose of our suffering? ? How does one become stronger, courageous, more compassionate or wiser if we cannot learn to accept our trials and sufferings in life. How can we get past it all, will meditating bring the answer? Great thought-provoking poem, thank you. RoseAnn
