Another wonderful image poem! Your evocation of nature in the rainfall is vivid, but so is your evocation of emotion - and that is so much harder to do. And there is a range of emotions you evoke, some quiet (as in the title adjective LANGUID) , others boisterous. But the form of the poem pulls all of its disparate parts together into a satisfying whole. One measure of a poem's success, is to ask yourself, Is there anything else to say? If you can say, NO, you know you have completed the poem with success. (Of course, there is ALWAYS more you can say, I'm referring to the sense we have of fulfillment when we read a poem.)
