I like
To say things
In a foreign
Language
Sometimes
Just Because
I can
Because
I enjoy it
Because
It is
More accurate
To my thoughts
And sometimes
Because
Of the looks
It causes
Perhaps
That is mean
Of me
But if nothing else
I am honest
About it
POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Sometimes, English just doesn't have the words to get my meaning across properly. Sometimes, a language not my own, sounds better, flows better, or moves better. And then, sometimes, I just want to see the looks I get.
Also, it's extremely satisfying to call someone a fool in Latin while driving. They will never hear it, but it makes me feel infinitely better.
