Lament Of The Dreamer Poem by DM W

Lament Of The Dreamer

Rating: 4.0

O where's the love that once did bloom
Like the red rose in summertime?
Now silence fills this empty room.
Now that you're gone the light has died.

O where's the love that we once shared?
No more bright flowers for the spring.
Now tears stain the frosted ground.
There are no more new songs to sing.
