Lady Of The Night Poem by Adams King

Lady Of The Night

Rating: 5.0

Let your beauty glitter all through the night
Shame the moon and oppress the stars
With your sparkling eyes angelically bright
And leave upon every night some scars

To know a Queen like you rules the night
Not a devil with a roaming soul
Nor hooting owls or midnight bats
But an angel with heavenly golden glow

Your world is like a royal paradise
Where pleasures are traded for treasures
Each man to his pocket and price
You give good measure for measures
