Hello La Pirogue! , who conceived you, Such a gorgeous belle, must thank thou, Impregnated with warmth and endless joys, A longing heart to love, for rendezvous..........captivating expression! My great pleasure reading this beautiful poem again!

'In the serenity of mid-night, toads of black river, Pierce the tranquillity to match the sea roar. The tropical frangipani with enticing fragrance, Infect irresistibly with reverent appearance' - An excellent depiction of an imagery that comes alive to the readers' senses.
There many real pictures are found in Odisha, India. This is a nice poetic expression with ideological thought and realistic expression. Thanks for choosing it as the Poem of the day.

Mauritius, Maladiven, Flores Islands, and so many more, have the most beautiful holiday homes in the world. The fifth stanza is well written descriptive verse so that you can hear the sounds and inhale the scents. It is a pity that the rest of the poem doesn't reach that same standard and could do so with some more re-work.
