Knowledgeable One Poem by Francis Duggan

Knowledgeable One

Rating: 5.0

We are told that for knowledge you at least need a uni degree
And that such a thing does not grow on a bush or a tree
But i know of a young mother she is thirty three
And there are few i know as knowledgeable as she
Is as she knows a lot about many a thing
Yet her own praises she is one who never does sing
A devoted mother to her children and to her husband a good wife
She says that her knowledge come from the book of life
Tall and slender with reddish brown hair and eyes of brown
She is one of the prettiest on her side of the town
Down to earth in her ways and one of charm and grace
But she is far more than a beautiful face
Since she is one who has truly proved to me
That to be knowledgeable you do not need a uni degree.
