Knowing oneself is the greatest knowledge! We humans do not have a steady mental make up! Our moods and passions keep ocillating either giving us joy or pain. To a certain extend, we can steady our thoughts and impulses and that is through self discipline and self introspection! We have to rise above our own violent waves not to be swept away...!
