One shouldn't enter the unknown territory because there is possibility of punishment, if it is enemy's territory he may be imprisoned. So also one shouldn't bathe in unknown water as it may be deeper than he expected and it may bring him ill fate. He should take full care. Dear Amathalal, you have nicely painted these in your poem.
