Know first

Know yourself first
Find out fault of others at last
With given time and space
Make fast and speedy race

Time shall not wait
And seal the fate
Before it slips out of hand
Just pick up fast and mend the course

Nobody is perfect
That is fact
But still you must know your weaknesses
That shall help you to race and overcome

Give full and patient hearing
That shall be boring
Yet it is essential and necessary
The mentality from people to people may vary

So rise above pretty consideration
And build good relation
Despite all drawbacks
You will need to claim stakes
