Killer's Trophy Poem by Christopher Cariad

Killer's Trophy

There you are
Looking back
At the pain you caused.

The childhood's you shattered,
The killer of so many full homes.

Breaking another's thoughts and dreams.

Beating the love
Out of so many hearts.

Leaving them
Where the worms grow.

Finding pleasure
In their rotting soul.
