Being deprived deepens your sense of self and you can find strength within yourself. You don't need all the things you desire, they tend to lessen your perspective and bring misery to your heart. Through deprivation and misery we are awakened to what we may become in the future. Love this poem - thank you for sharing with me. RoseAnn
