I can only take this poem as satire...childishly constructed & executed. PM Castro is Pierre's final 'UP YOURS' to Canada and deserves to be flushed down the Rideau for corruption, racial hypocrisy, poor judgment, diplomatic isolation, climate change voodoo, business hostility, western alienation- so, I cannot imagine any mind with discernment celebrating that plastic phoney.
