an interesting write, Rohan, and a well said truth: ''protection of animals is mandatory'' but why ''torture'' for the killers? ..'torture' is not what they deserve.. they deserve being heavily fined and jailed, but not tortured.. ''torture'' is a inhuman and degrading punishment - inhuman for those who are tortured, degrading for those who torture.. any living being (all kind of animals, human beings comprised)
