Just Pleas, Poem by Melissa Schreuder

Just Pleas,

Rating: 5.0

hears a girl that doesn't believe in the great god above,
not even a slight bit of belief.
but one night ago she prayed with sadness in her hart
and begged for forgiveness.
she fell asleep and the next morning
it was a rainy day she went for a walk,
she saw a cross and went up to it,
fell to her knees and cried in front of it and
and yelled ' I'm sorry,
I'M SORRY for not believing,
SORRY for blaming you for my actions
and problems.
I'm just afraid to believe'
she looked up let go and smiled,
then the sun shined through the dark clouds.
