My weak eyes read
Greater falls
coming from a Canadian poet

the usual age
of many falls
in craters

your poem signifies
all about Niagara Fall
well known to all
and
your above two lines
smack of NIGHT FALLS
''in a half sleeping population
at night
hopefully at night''
after all

Am I wrong
in my interpretation
then see I don't
at an old age
FALL
anymore than
normal

you ought to know and do
what is expected of aged ones
who still try woo
let them do
