Just A Dream Poem by Kenzie Lynn

Just A Dream

dark, damp; i'm trapped inside
cold, scared; nowhere to hide
four steel walls now lock me in
no windows, no doors no way i can win

how can i get out of here?
my happiness now turns into fear
i want to just sit down and cry
but i can't because i have to try

I pound, and pound with all my might
I scream and cry and put up a fight
finally i open my eyes
and to my very great suprise...
i'm in my room
it was all just a dream.
