Juliet Poem by Felix Otiende

Juliet

Juliet

Dear darling Juliet I'm not Romeo,
but I want you more,
I am hungry for your everlasting presence,
to love you without faking,
to hold you in my arms,
and protect you from harms,
as I promise you my unending love,
will you be my Juliet?

Tall but not tall,
dark but not so dark,
the one with bright loving eyes,
and the voice that makes angels jealous,
I wish to hold you in my arms,
and print warm kisses on your sweet lips,
as I hold your hips,
will you be my Juliet?

Dear Juliet I have discovered a planet,
where we can be together forever,
you and I dancing to our heart beatings,
starring at the naked stars,
as we whisper sweet nothings,
will you be my Juliet?
