Courage to ask for help, to talk openly, to share your pains.
Vulnerabilities exposed, visible trying desperately to hide.
Loving kindness, the hope that hope will prevail.
Sails of madness battle the clement winds.
The sun will break through depression's clouds.
Lifelines rope dangles dancing in front of your tears.
One day awake on calm waters, see those comfort clouds.
Anker with purpose no longer battling emotions elements.
Head held up high, stepping onto lands shore, you are loved.
Friendly faces greet you, people who genuinely care.
Take a brave step into a new world, feel the kindness.
