Very good, Hank! Thanks for sharing this! I'll bet there are lots of other verses. You could add more poems by putting two verses like this in each poem and having Jody Call 2, Jody Call 3, etc. I don't often vote points, but I gave you a ten on this. Now give us some more verses!

Behind the door her daddy kept a shotgun, He kept it in the springtime and in the month of May, And when I asked him, why the he kept it. He kept it for her trainee who was far, far away. for the men in the military. a wonderful poem. tony
