Jewels
When I was in Takhkhar
Lived among the Afghans.
There, I learned Samovar
To mean: "Boils by itself, "
And being Russian word.
Opposing the Hijab
Got involved in a talk:
"I accept modesty
But never agree with
The abuse, control…"
While against the niqab
Do not like the fashion
For selling merchandise!
Young man took control
And lectured, and spoke:
"Do you leave valuables
On the roads, in open? "
Mentioned jewels and diamonds:
"Don't hide them from eyes? "
Well-trained, practised
Word-played, zigzagging:
"Women are valuable
Therefore, must be covered."
Then went on with advice:
"The thieves will look asides
If window of the house
Looks worn, torn and faded."
Being good narrator
In speech was perfect,
Had start, mid and end
For sake of narration;
Concluded with end:
"Keep women in cover! "
