Beautiful write on jet lag as one goes through, especially on long journey. Yes for youngsters it doesn't affect that much than the middle aged people. With Beautiful crafted words make this poem wonderful. Loved reading it.

State of body and mind after travel overseas is neatly packed into the poem with careful choice of words. Travel is not same every time, it changes with age. You captured it beautifully.

The demon of unrest has a field day and the only antidote to break free from this jet lag induced stupor is by making some sleep adjustments. But is is easier said than done. Excellent work Ranjendran Ji.

Enjoyed this great write on a mental state when reality and illusion dissipate and coalesce......! This is exactly what one feels in a state of disturbed sleep.... ! The long flight from Dubai to Seattle can be tedious..... no doubt, especially for people like us at the threshold of old age! The images used in the poem are really striking!

It is both the price you pay for seeing the world in hours, not months; and a look into your own state of being under unique circumstances. Both worth it I surmise.
