Jesus Lived

Jesus lived with the Resurrection in mind
He knew He would rise again
Yet He humbled Himself as a man
Knowing His life was an offering
Sinless perfection in our midst
O how He loved you and me
Carried our burdens all the way to the Cross
To the Cross upon Calvary

When He uttered" Lazarus come forth! "
He knew He'd come forth too
For He was the Resurrection and Life
The future would prove this was true
His restraint was the strength of His life
He held back as to what He could do
He could have called ten thousand Angel's
But in solidarity with God He hung there for you

What a Saviour...Hallelujah
He lives..He lives for me
And has given me an absolute assurance
Of where my eternity will be
God is good...Hallelujah
For offering us sinner's such grace
The greatest gift to all of mankind
In Lord Jesus has taken place

I have found my deliverance
Upon my repentance of sin
And have found true delight in the Saviour
Who is constantly abiding within
The written and living Word
In flesh our God has come
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
Our life is the Crucified One!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
