Jesus Knew

Jesus knew who the rich men were
And who the widow was too
He knew what amount of sacrificial giving
Was in comparison to these two
Some gave out of their abundance
But she gave all of her two mites
God looks on our heart in giving
Little is much in that sacrifice

So bring your heart to the offering
It's money well spent for the King
For the furtherance of the gospel
Joyful giving means everything
If you have been blessed bless others
For this is a blessing for sure
When you give unto others you give joy to Christ
Who loves when you give to the poor

What great Giver we have in Lord Jesus
Who gifted us bountifully in grace
Upon our repentance and our faith in Him
The wealth of forgiveness takes place
The cost He incurred for our freedom
His death upon dark Calvary
He paid in full by the shedding of His blood
And offered us Liberty!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
