Thanks Dr. Geeta Radhakrishna Menon for sharing this poem. The story of Radha and Krishna is the soul of our common folk songs. Many of us don't know when they sing a song about a Sanvariya or Gori they are in fact singing the love story of Radha and Krishna.

Carrying the earth as a Tortoise, and upholding the world as a Boar amaze mind entirely. Tender verses of the Geeta Govinda touch mind and soul. Again a beautiful perceptional poem is gently compose and shared is valuable.10
