It's Not The End Poem by David Self

It's Not The End

I face it with a grin,
Can't ever give it in.
Life will test,
But i will rest.

I find it hard,
Like a piece of shard.
Life can push and pull,
But I'm not through.

All you can do is smile,
And stand in file.
This life must go on,
You must be strong.

Find the reason,
To be in season.
Don't let the cold set in,
Let the summer begin.

If the sun don't shine,
Make it fine.
Turn the dark to light,
That's quite a sight.

Demons can wait for now,
As I stand and never bow.
I'm stronger than I know,
For this I will show.
