A great poem, Lora. I'll try this one night just before I drop off to sleep. Ha ha. Is that the best time, you've obviously tried it. Imaginative and creative, well done.

Don’t You Wish You Could? When in the Play of Life, it’s TRUE; it all don’t depend on JUST you. So if you’re costarring with a Dud, toss him out and grab this here Stud. So pick up your phone now, or boot up. No sense “settling”, when here’s a full cup. So drink long and often from my two lips, and I’ll show what I can do with these here hips! Don’t kid yourself, it’s not so much about the Author, as what you’ve asked for and what you have to offer. So come “live” with me and be my PoemHunter “Love”, and we’ll sail among the Evening Stars, far FAR above. ok, just kidding. bri :)

the poem provides a new perspective of love, where the players fail for it was not destined they be united.
