that is an insiteful poem, though anger can get the better of us at times even i am full of anger as i have adhd (attenion deffecenc hiperactive dissorder series 4) this cuses me to have amence stranght that i have no control over. the poem is the best i have read this week

Anger is something horible to have Because it kill us like cancer We can control anger We just need to work on it
