It Takes Years
I heard all his outbursts
But still I had trust
That he will repent later
He is, by nature, not hater
He had been fed
With lies and forced to read
What was said out of context!
But he was made to read as full text
After all he was not made of steel
He had all the feeling still
He could not decide which side to go
He tried to control the anger but could not forgo
He was one of my best
He had time and again proved test
He stood by me in critical times
How could I feel about him about these momentary bursts?
I kept mum and silently stared
He shivered after he had dared
He was remorseful of his hasty act
I could realize reason behind the fact
He came near and broke down
His weaknesses were certainly known
He was kind and thorough gentleman
One of the best ever known as human
He was sobbing like child
”Forgive me for my childish utterances” he told
He could have understood the spirit behind
He was sore at affair but remained mild
I had no such reservation
As I believed in maintaining the relation
Friendship can not be broken in few second
As it takes years together to mushroom and find
Raghav R2 days ago True friendship is not broken that easily. It survives all odds and remains constant.
