It's Not How Much You Know
It's not how much you know but who you know
How often we've heard it said
And I've benefited by that as well
In various jobs that I've had
So imagine the deal about Heaven
If it's where you want to go
It's not a matter of your own knowledge
It's a matter of who you know
Can you believe the partnership
That God is willing to share
When you put your faith in Jesus Christ
That you'll have an inheritance there
Nothing like a face of a friend
To bring satisfaction in view
There's not a Friend like the lowly Jesus
That will do even more for you
I've placed my arm around someone
And introduced them as my friend
An automatic camaraderie exits
At the welcoming of Him
And how much more that glad reunion
Upon my Resurrection day
When praise God it was Him I knew
Who led me all the way!
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
