It's An Omen Poem by Ana Liza Corpuz Nabor

It's An Omen

Rating: 5.0

The room was filled with serenity
'Till I pointed the glistening round in the sky.
Gasping with amusement; all faces elated
"Look! " I exclaimed.
Outside the closed glowing glass
was the closing of the day.
With sparkling lights outside
All were engulfed with atmosphere of Christ's birth
With a flash of smile, intently I stare the beauty
Of that big, calm circle in the firmament.

Slowly dark hues surrounded it.
In a while I felt dread
Darkness is coming!
